RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely happy, you may return your item.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with Irish consumer law.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings, underwear, and sale/clearance items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

• Email us at dressmeireland@gmail.comwith your order number.
• You’ll receive return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

• Once inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
