Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure online payments through Shopify.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at dressmeireland@gmail.com. Once dispatched, we can’t make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much is delivery in Ireland?
Delivery is €5.50 across Ireland. Orders over €70 qualify for free shipping.
Q: Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes, we ship to the UK for €10.00.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
- Ireland: 3–5 business days.
- UK: 5–7 business days.
Q: Can I Click & Collect?
Yes! Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our boutique in Letterkenny.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
Q: What items can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
Q: How do I return an item?
Email us at dressmeireland@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
